Criteria for Portfolio Expansion
MHR seeks to maintain the exceptional level of quality of its portfolio while aggressively expanding. To that end, MHR has established a high standard for "Premium Property" which is to comprise at least 50% of the portfolio.
Premium Properties = Located mainly in central five wards in Tokyo (especially Minato-ku) + Large scale + High-grade specifications
